At Curvevera.uk, we want you to feel confident in every outfit; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to ensure a seamless refund process.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Curvevera account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
